I am currently facing problems ordering in-stock items in the website. What should I do?
If you are unable to cart out the items, chances are that the item is already out of stock. You may want to call us at +65 6263 0234; SMS us at +65 9674 7590 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for updates on the availability of the item.
Can I amend my order upon check out?
All orders are placed and confirmed after the final checkout. Hence, do ensure everything is correct before carting out.
Do you offer self-collection services?
Yes. Select ‘Local pickup @ 3 Clementi Loop Singapore 129815’ under shipping methods. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection, kindly present the email upon collection.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail with an order reference number from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Yes, we can ship internationally to most countries. Shipping fee will be calculated during check out after your shipping address has been entered.

The AutoParts-Online courier [Local] delivery time frame is approximately 2 working days. If express courier service is required, please contact us. Additional delivery charge applies accordingly.
The overseas courier delivery time frame will be estimated after the shipping address has been entered upon check-out.
How can I track my delivery?

If you’ve opted for Overseas Courier, an email confirmation will be sent to you. To track your delivery, please email or leave a message and we will check for you.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly drop an email to us at email@example.com if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.
