Return Policy
- Call us to arrange for any returns at +65 6263 0234 / +65 9674 7590 or email customer service at sales@autoparts-online.com.sg.
- Provide proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- No order without a VIN number will be applicable for return.
- Special ordered parts are not eligible for return.
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 7 days of receipt.
- Body parts cannot be canceled or returned once placed on order.
- Coded orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed on order. (keys, modules, locks, etc…)
- The customer will bear the return shipping fee.
Shipping Policy
- In-stock orders will ship within 24 hours.
- Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will ship within the next business day.
- Any orders place after 11am local time (SGT) will be processed the following day.
- If parts are not in stock and require to be ordered from the manufacturer, it may take 5 to 14 working days to arrive to our warehouse and will be promptly shipped to you.
- Autoparts-Online is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Hazardous shipments such as fluids and batteries cannot be ship internationally. Glass material cannot be ship too.
- We cannot guarantee the shipping time for oversize order shipping.
- Bulk items such as hoods, doors, engine, and transmission, etc. can only be shipped through other modes as the courier company will not be able to handle such high-volume parts. Assistance for freight cost to your destination can be provided by our customer service team.
- In the event of backorders or discontinued parts, our team will assist to source them as quickly as possible. If we are unable to source it, a refund will be given.
